The usual ratio of wheat to barley malt (60:40) gives the beer a steady foam and a light colour that reminds you of the sun-kissed dunes. So, at the end of boiling, we add coriander seeds and sweet orange peel, as tradition demands, and pour small quantity of crushed cardamom seeds, not so widely used.
